Reviews and Ratings
The hotel is in a prime location right in the middle of Otaru, making it super convenient for travelers. The rooms, although not as spacious as expected due to ongoing renovations, were tight yet pleasant. The service was top-notch with a relaxed approach and friendly professionalism. Dining was decent, although the price may not fully align with the quality. Overall, a perfect spot in the heart of Otaru for those who enjoy a cozy atmosphere.
I had a wonderful stay at the hotel, with the rooms being beautifully decorated and comfortable, although it did get a bit warm even with the air conditioning set to the lowest temperature. The service was a bit mixed, with some staff being extremely kind and helpful while others lacked the usual warmth and Japanese service standard. The location was exceptional, overlooking the famous Otaru Canal, near the shopping street, and with great dining options within walking distance. The dining experience could have been better as it lacked variety beyond Japanese food, but it wasn't too crowded at 7:30. Overall, a good value for the money.
